Happy Brazilian Father's Day to all you dad's. Tonight in the evening service some of the children recited a poem and sang a song to Fathers. The little girl on the end in the orange and pink is Giovana. Someone asked me if she spoke English. She only knows a few words she has learned in school. Fay has to translate for us. She can count and knows her colors in English. Then a couple of young people and some adults did a skit showing a Christian family and an unsaved family. It has a good plan of salvation in it. Then all the fathers came up and the pastor prayed for them. The fathers were given a cute doggy gift that has socks for the ears. Looks like a good father's day gift for the preschoolers to make at home.
This morning in Sunday School Romerito and Atonacio (At-tone-a-c-o) told the story of Noah using my picture. They did a good job. Romerito is the one that is very quiet so it is good to hear him talk.
The Xavante boys came and played Mexican Train dominoes with the four of us this past Friday night. It was fun to watch them learn.
This will be the last blog for a while. We are all packed, suitcases weighed and ready to leave no later than 7 tomorrow morning. I have 11 pictures to have the outlines put on the back and laminated. We will do 20 of each picture hopefully tomorrow in Campo Grande. Pray that all that works out. I finished the picture of the Good Samaritan this week. We also have Romerito's Moses to copy.
We fly out of Campo Grande to Sao Paulo on Tuesday to Lima and then fly to Pulcallpa. From there we have a change in plans. Please pray that everything works out well. We personally won't be on the river as long as planned but pray that the time there will be profitable teaching time with the indians.
I need to close. Larry has some last minute things to do on internet. We called our church tonight during the service at home. It was good to hear familiar voices and in ENGLISH.
Thanks again for your prayers and keeping up with the blog. Feel free to respond.

Cal and Bobbi: How great it was to hear your voices tonight!!!! What a special time that was. God is truly working through you there, it is clear, even to encourage us here at home to pray, and know that God can use that as well.
We will be praying more this week for you, as there are lots of unknowns for you this week, and things not totally worked out. We will be anxious to hear how things go. We love you both, and if you have a way to email me anything you want posted, please feel free, that would be no problem.
Hi Cal & Bobbi
So neat that we could hear you at church last night. We miss seeing you, but know you are serving God in a good work there in Brazil. We will be praying for you concerning your trip this week. We look forward to reading your blog.

It was so good to hear your voice. I miss you so much! *sniff*
So sorry we missed hearing you both. We had planned to be with Paula's family and Chris' family at Holiday World back in June. We had a great time.
I know you aren't getting all you emails, so I set up a hotmail account for you if you want it. You can use it until you get home, then forget it.
